Scented oil with rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil flavored with rosemary. It fits perfectly with lamb, in baked potatoes, zucchini, appetizers, salads, but try and neat on a nut. Roasted gives a special flavor. In pastry they use it mainly in sweets. It has a pleasant aroma and taste is slightly bitter and slightly spicy.
Rosemary is rich in elements such as iron, calcium and vitamin B. In combination with the oil, the antioxidant properties of this herb is recommended for preserving food such as olives.
In the kitchen is used in various foods, such as in tomato sauce with a rich sauce. Of course, because of the intense aroma, it is preferable not to use many spices.
Try it in the chicken tenderloin and pork chops instead of oregano.
